Junkin pole stretchers and folding stretchers are made from anodized aluminum tubing with vinyl-coated nylon covers, a combination that keeps them light enough for one or two rescuers to handle while remaining sturdy enough for institutional, industrial, and emergency use. Most models are 22 inches wide and rated for a 350-pound patient load, and every one folds or breaks down for compact storage in a vehicle, closet, or wall bracket.

The Easy-Fold family starts with the JSA-601-NA pole stretcher, which folds from 87 inches down to about 43 inches. The JSA-602 adds four-inch wheels and support posts so a single attendant can roll a patient across smooth floors; the JSA-602-S upgrades to swivel wheels for tighter maneuvering, and the JSA-604 and JSA-604-S add an adjustable backrest with five locking positions for patients who need to sit up. The JSA-603 is the same folding frame without wheels for the lightest possible carry at 9 pounds.

For confined access and patient transfers, the JSA-400 aluminum scoop stretcher slides under a patient in two halves without rolling or lifting, and the JSA-900 flat break-away stretcher disassembles without disturbing the patient. The JSA-501-NA Medical Corps pole stretcher and JSA-610 break-apart pole stretcher serve field medical units and industrial first-aid rooms, and the JSA-305 litter support stands raise any standard litter to treatment height.
