The right accessory turns a Junkin stretcher into a complete rescue system, and every item on this page is designed and made to fit our own stretchers. For vertical and horizontal lifts, the JSA-300X-TL polyester bridle sling and the JSA-300X-3 carabiner lifting bridle are each rated to 2,500 pounds and attach to JSA-300 series, JSA-200, and military basket stretchers; the JSA-300X-SS uses stainless steel braided cable for environments that would degrade webbing.

For water work, the JSA-303 flotation collar attaches to any JSA-200 of JSA-300 series basket with hook-and-loop fasteners to keep the stretcher buoyant during a rescue. Patient comfort and warmth are covered by the JSA-302 foam patient pad, the machine-washable JSA-502 wool-blend first aid blanket, the insulated single-use JSA-506 disposable blanket, and the JSA-508 disposable pillow. For storage and readiness, the JSA-301 vinyl cover keeps a stretcher and its accessories clean and wall-mounted, and the JSA-300-BR wall-mount brackets hold a basket stretcher securely in a station, plant, or vehicle bay.
