Immobilization equipment stabilizes an injured person until they can be moved and treated, and Junkin makes the tools first responders reach for most often. The JSA-18 inflatable air splints provide immediate support for sprains, fractures, and dislocations using heavy-gauge two-walled transparent vinyl that lets a responder see the injury. The JSA-20 extrication collar uses a two-piece design with a front locking strap and a maneuverable chin piece, so the airway can be maintained without losing cervical immobilization.

For spinal injuries, the JSA-363-BF head and neck immobilizer and the JSA-360M color-coded multi-strap system are designed to pair with every Junkin backboard, including the JSA-365, JSA-365-S, JSA-366, JSA-362-A, and JSA-360-CS. The JSA-364 all-purpose first aid cot, built from anodized aluminum tubing that meets military standards, folds from 75.5 inches to 26.5 inches for storage in industrial and institutional first aid rooms, with an optional JSA-364-P foam pad and the machine-washable JSA-502 wool-blend first aid blanket.
